Raindrop

A raindrop
Separate
Complete
Discrete from its environment.
Surface tension
Holds it apart
Isolated
Alone.
Earthly life
Wrapped about
And held by fear
Discrete from its environment
Enthralled by death
Held apart
Isolated
Alone.

What keeps a raindrop discrete from its environment is something we call surface tension. Something similar wraps itself around our earthly life isolating us from heaven.

This something can be breached. And heaven is all around us. Waiting to be discovered.

Have you discovered heaven yet?
