Seasons

September should be Autumn
Season of nostalgia
Time for moving on.
Time for letting go
Time for remembering
Time for taking stock.
But today is more like Summer
A time to simply be
A day of lazy sunshine
Enjoy it while we can.

Do you find Autumn the post poetic time of year?

One Response to Seasons

  1. Autumn always gets stuff going in me. Plants turning. Birds starting to leave. It reminds me of the cycle.
