We have you on file
on a heap
on a pile
We know all your facts
your figures
your acts
We know who you are
what you want
and how far
you will go
to attain your desires.Oh but do we
I do not
I have not found my yardstick
Those who know me
Know in part
for all their files and piles.
God alone knows who is me
and I still wait to see
what will reveal itself to me
and prove to be myself.
For anything else try Google!
I can be Googled therefore I am.

Hi Rosalie,
Thanks for stopping by my really new blog! I wonder, as a writer, if you have read any of the books I mentioned.
I’ll come back often and read your words.
Take care
Hi Rosalie,

Hello Rosalie – thank you for reading and liking my blog posts. With so many reading choices available I truly appreciate your taking the time to read mine. I enjoyed your poem above and identify with chestercrump above about laughing out loud with your closing google remark! We seem to have a similar interest to find hope in the moments of each day, so I will be following along. Best to you!
Thanks so much for stoping by my blog.
A pleasure – I’m always seeing you on RoSy’s.
I meant – For me, it works the other way – I am, therefore I Google
typos are my undoing…
Well yes, we have to firstly BE or else we couldn’t think, shop (Tesco ergo sum) Google or anything else.

Thank you, Sherri. I hope the rules are simple – I’m not very good at these things but appreciate the thought.
You know, every time I read this I get something from it. 🙂
Keep coming back, then and let’s hope that ‘something’ doesn’t run out! 🙂
Thanks.
